Creazioni Zuri - by Chiara Zuliani and Manuela Rigon - is a start up born in 2011 with the ambitious inspiration of creating contemporary jewelry that bridges innovation and tradition.
The process of crafting necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and broaches begins with hundreds of small disks made of paper of various diameters, thicknesses, and textures. These disks are “punched” on an industrial scale and subsequently fashioned together by hand, ensuring every item is unique.
Everything is handmade in Italy.
Zuri collections use color to invoke themes of the Veneto (where the two designers live) landscape, for example from the whites and beiges of marble utilized by Palladio for his splendid architecture (Palladio Collection), to the reds and maroons of Venetian homes and greens and light blues of the lagoon, eliciting the richness of the history and biodevirsity of the city (Venezia Collection).
